The location was good and magnificent, relatively near Arawa Park Racecourse. Booked executive suite in the heater. The daily service was good! Actually everything was lovely, my next choice again in Rotorua.

The rooms were impeccably clean and huge with a large spa bath with very comfy beds. The hotel restaurant was top-notch which did good breakfast.
